The Canon Pixma MX700 was designed for use in a home business or an office setting. It has a built-in auto document feeder that allows you to copy, scan, or fax documents with multiple pages, with the ability to hold up to 30 original pages. It also has a 1.8 inch LCD screen that allows you to preview images and adjust them accordingly before printing them out. An Ethernet port allows you to connect the machine to your home or office network, making it easier to share printing jobs.
The Canon Pixma MX700 and all the other all-in-one printers in the same range make it possible to have multiple functions in one piece of equipment. Its copying capability, for example, eliminates the need for a separate photocopier, a machine that is usually bulky and costly to maintain. This should not be a problem since all-in-one printer models use the same technology a regular photocopier uses: an all-in-one printer makes copies of documents and other images in a process using dry heat, also called xerography.AUTHOR
