HP w2338h Wide LCD Monitor

The HP Pavilion w2338h gives you wider viewing through its 23? wide screen HDMI monitor using liquid crystal display (LCD) and TFT or Thin Film Transistor screen. It uses BrightView technology that helps brighten up colors, giving you a clearer display. It also features a 1920 by 1080 factory set resolution, with a plug and play capacity that does away with complicated installation procedures. It supports High Bandwidth Digital Content Protections (HDCP), disallowing the transmission of any non-encrypted high definition content.

This device is a wide-screen HDMI TFT-LCD monitor. LCD or liquid crystal display monitors use the light modulating properties of liquid crystals. TFT-LCD or thin film transistor liquid crystal display on the other hand, is a variation of LCD technology, using a thin film transistor to improve and enhance image quality.
