Description:

The NVIDIA Quadro NVS 510M graphics card is a business graphics solution meant to be deployed in notebook computers. The memory interface is 256 bits, which is one of the highest in this particular series. The display connectors range from VGA, DVI, LVDS, HDTV to HDMI and allow the user to hook the card up to two display devices at the same time, effectively doubling the workspace available. The card has an active cooling system, which means it makes use of an attached fan. While this results in more efficient cooling in most cases, the noise level is higher than it would be with a heatsink-only system.

One of the industry standard connectors the graphics card can use to connect to a display device is HDMI. This technology is widely used in the audio visual industry, in a range of devices like media players, game consoles and computers. The latest version of this technology can transmit video signals at a maximum resolution of up to 4096 x 2160 with a refresh rate of 24 Hz. Features like compliance with sRGB (Standard RGB), YCBCr and full support for Blu-ray and HD DVD video as well as audio are available in all versions of this technology, while some other features like Deep Color and Super Audio CD support are available only in the later versions.
