The Qualcomm HS-USB Ethernet Adaptor 9222 driver adds functionality to a variety of Qualcomm products, among them Qualcomm Gobi UNDP-1 chipsets. These chipsets are used to add wireless connectivity in laptops and notebooks and can receive a variety of RF bands, which include all the bands of CDMA/HSPA/EV-DO/UMTS types. The advanced RF technology of the chipset receive equalization and can act as standalone gpsOneXTRA, GPS, AGPS. The power management technology integrated in the product increases its energy efficiency. It operates in HSA/WCDMA mode with frequencies of 800, 850, 900, 1900, and 2100 MHz. Similarly, in GSM/GPRS mode at 850 or 900 MHz, the chipset takes the configuration of Power Class 4 and in GSM/GPRS mode at 1800 or 1900 MHz, the chipset takes a configuration of Power Class 1. The product operates in quad-band mode during GPRS activity.
