The SiSM650 IGUI is a Host Memory Controller that incorporates an interface for Intel’s Pentium 4 processors, a 2D and 3D Graphic Engine, aquality memory controller including an AGP 4X interface as well as SiS MuTIOL Technology that links with SiS961 MuTIOL Media I/O. The SiSM650 Host Interface provides AGTL compliance (including the + variation) as well as on-die termination enabling Intel’s Pentium 4 series processors featuring 100MHz Front Side Bus with the possibility to over-clock up to 133MHz.

A GPU or graphics processing unit is a special circuit intended to rapidly manipulate and shift memory usage in a computer to produce smooth display output. The term GPU was coined, given definition, and popularized by one specific company: Nvidia, to be precise. The company was able to do this because it developed what is considered to be the first example of a GPU, the GeForce 256. At the time of its release, this was a breakthrough, and further developments in GPU and VPU technology would follow soon after.
