This latest patch for Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne 1.01 features improved gameplay and fixes a number of bugs including:

Fixed game crashing to 'Exception: Bad Allocation' on Windows 98 and Me during loading of certain levels. This may potentially fix other crashes as well.
