Description
This patch (KB958655) fixes an error that occurs with Microsoft Windows Installer and the error message is 'API call rejected - No actions in Context'. According to Microsoft: 'This issue is most likely to be encountered during the installation of SQL Server 2008 or during an upgrade from SQL Server 2005 to SQL Server 2008.' But it also occurs when you install multiple copies of msi based programs. The update corrects the problem. It is not a critical issue, so if you haven't encountered the problem, there is no important reason to install it at this stage.
