The April 2008 patches for Windows XP are listed below. They fix many security holes in Windows XP - including several listed as critical.

- KB944338 - Vulnerability in VBScript and JScript Scripting Engines Could Allow Remote Code Execution
- KB945553 - Vulnerability in DNS Client Could Allow Spoofing
- KB948590 - Vulnerabilities in GDI Could Allow Remote Code Execution
- KB948881 - Critical security update for ActiveX Kill Bits
